Product & Service Delivery
Our products and services will be delivered in accordance with the type of product or service you have purchased.
Digital products will be delivered via download and normally confirmed by email.
Events will be delivered on the dates and locations specified at the time of purchase. Should it be necessary to change the location due to circumstances outside our control you will be informed as soon as possible.
Issuing Of Invoices
An invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase.
Response To Customer Queries
We aim to respond to all customer questions or queries within 24 hours
For digital products we have a 30 day refund policy.
For events/workshops of 1 day you can cancel or postpone your seat up to 48 hours before the start time and we will issue a full refund. After this time no refund will be due as we will have confirmed and paid for the number attendees with the venue. It may be possible to carry your ticket forward to a future event…please contact us.
For events of 2 days or more you can cancel your seat up to 7 days before the start time and we will issue a full refund. After this time we will have confirmed and paid for the number of attendees with the venue and therefore no refund can be issued. It may be possible to carry your ticket forward to a future event…please contact us.
