What To Look For When Choosing A Network Marketing Company

Company Ownership

It’s really important that you do your due diligence an evaluate the integrity and track record of the company owners.  We remember spending quite some time doing this when we were considering partnering with Amare Global.  If we were going to commit our time and efford in building this business we had to be absolutely sure that their values and vision aligned with our own – and they did.

Another tip is to reach out to leaders in that company and look at what they are doing and saying.  Do you feel good about how they represent the company.  This is something most people don’t do and they should.  We took time on this and it was absolutely worth it to find the right leader to work with 😊

The Company’s Track Record

How many years has the company been in business as stability is often indicated by longevity.  Newer companies may well present exciting opportunities but the other side of the coin can be that there is a greater risk attached.  It’s well known that a large number of network marketing start ups fail within a few years.  Just make the best judgement you can based on your own assessent of risk

We wish we had known about Amare Global when it launched (hindsight is a great thing 🤣) but of course we would have had to weigh up the risk just as our upline did.

Company Finances

Find out about the financial status of the company – are they profitable and debt free; privately owned or are there equity partners?  Financial stability is key in evaluating the company’s long time viability and future success.

Products

The products of your chosen network marketing company should be in demand and of a high quality.  A good rule of thumb is to think about whether they would sell without being sold through network marketing.  This is a strong indication of the product’s viability.

In the case of Amare Global the products are indeed of a high quality and are unique in the marketplace given they are both natural but work on the gut-brain-axis to enhance mental wellness.  They were the first company to do this and are the leaders in this field ✅

Is product innovation a priority or are they relying on a few tried and tested products.  Launching new products is absolutely key (and not just rebranding and relaunching existing products)

Customer Acquisition

This is an area that is incredibly important to research – the ratio of distributors / partners to customers is crucial.  Look at customer testimonials on their website to get an overview of how satisfied they are.  A company that takes care of it’s customers and knows their value is very important.

The Compensation Plan

Make sure you find out about the compensation plan and whether it aligns with your financial goals.  Are you building the business part time or full time?  Is there a clear path to achieve your financial goals.  Is it through customers or representatives or a combination of both.  These days it’s essential you have a clear path on how to make a the very least a few hundred dollars a month.

Leadership and Support

It goes without saying that leadership and support from your upline is very important.  During your due diligence and research we recommend you seek out different leaders and make sure that what they have to offer is going to help you achieve your goals

Our leader has set up a community (currently has 5.8K members and growing daily) with a weekly call, training and support and a getting started process for everyone new joining the team.  This was crucial for us because although we love teaching and training and support our own team we wanted to be part of something bigger where we could contribute but not have to do it all ourselves.

Company Culture & Training

It goes right back once again to this; does the culture of the company align with your values.  What makes them unique.  What tools do they give you to help you build your business.  Seek out a leader and ask if you can get on a team call and get a feel for the community.

We actually do this on a regular basis with an open zoom invitation to potential partners to join one of our weekly meetings and see if we are a good fit for them.

Compliance Standards

The reputation of any network marketing company relies heavily on it’s legal and ethical standards and the rules set out and clear for it’s business partners / representatives .  Without compliance in order there is a big risk involved in getting involved in building a network marketing business.

In conclusion, choosing the right network marketing company should be much more than about money.  It should be about finding a place where you fit in and that resonates with your vision, values and goals.  Make sure to thoroughly research and choose a network marketing company that promises, growth, integrity and most of all personal fulfillment…
